A little more about me ...
When I am not busy training models or reading papers, I spend my time running through sitcoms, new and old. You can find a list of my personal favourite sitcoms here, in case you are looking for something new to binge on. I love reading, have a nice collection of books either read, or in the "to be read" list. The goodreads widget below shows some of the books I hold closest to my heart, those that have influenced me the most.

I also write, mostly poems and blogs. Over the years I have tried to maintain my personal blog regularly without much success, as you can find out here. Nevertheless do give it a visit to see if you like what you read.

I have always had a strong penchant for History, politics and global current affairs and have actively participated in debates and discussions. Off late I have been heavily indulgent in this rekindled interest in (Geo)politics, History and Market Economy.

Apart from these, I am also a huge sports fan and follow most sports. Among them I am most into football. FC Barcelona is the team I root for the most, David Villa and Lionel Messi are my all time favourite players. In world cups I support Spain and I pine for the day Indian Football team levels up to those standards.

I also like to Paint whenever possible. Mostly self taught, I draw pencil sketches or pencil/water colour portraits. Along with it, I have learnt to play guitar and conga drums, nothing fancy, just the basics. I co-founded a youTube channel Reality Cam back in my undergrads with a highly talented friend of mine who is a brilliant music composer/movie buff. He is the main creator and the one keeping it going, do subscribe to encourage him.

Travelling has always been high on my personal agenda. I am fascinated by nature and prefer hills, parks, the countryside and lakes. I love trekking and biking. Cities are the melting pots of history, architecture and diverse cultures. You'd find me marvelling at buildings(historic, modern, odd, or palatial), navigating narrow, vibrant, crowded lanes and marketplaces, exploring museums and various transit systems of different cities I visit, essentially anything that lets me soak in their history and day to day life.

Here is a map of some of the fascinating places I have been lucky to visit/live in. You can zoom in or out for convenience and click on the markers for short, random info about them.
